• How do I reserve a party? It’s simply! Just complete the reservation form online. Upon confirmation of date availability you must submit your deposit to make your reservation. All reservations must be paid in cash or check. Reservations are given on a first come, first serve basis.

• Can I have the party at my house? Parties can be held in your home, playground, recreations center/club house, etc. You can choose the location or leave it up to us to find a fabulous location costumed to your party theme!

• I see most of your parties are 2.5 hrs? What if the party runs over? Yes, most of our party packages are 2.5 hrs. If your party runs over and you request us to stay for additional time, there will be a $75 surcharge for each additional 1/2 hr. Also, if there is a themed character that you would like stay longer, there will be an additional $100 surcharge for each ½ hour.

• What time does “It’s My Birthday Party Planners” arrive to set up for the party? It’s My Birthday Party Planners arrives 30-40 minutes prior to the party to set up.
**“Take Me to the Moonbounce Party” requires 1 hr arrival prior to the party.

• What if it rains the day of my outside party? All outside parties are of course welcomed; however YOU must have a backup plan in case of unforeseen bad weather. Parties can not be cancelled due to unforeseen weather.

• What should the children wear to the party? Boys may put on costumes over their clothes. Please have girls wear a leotard or swimsuit to facilitate costume dressing in a group setting. Of course Birthday Mom/Parents will oversee all changing of costumes.

• What if my plans change and I have to cancel? If you must cancel the party due to unforeseen reasons, your deposit to “It’s my Birthday Party Planners” will be retained as a cancellation fee. However, we of course will work with you to schedule an alternative date.

• What about adults/parents/sibilings and unexpected guests? Of course parents of the guests will want to stay at the party and enjoy the fun with their children. If you choose to have food and a cake catered by “It’s My Birthday Party Planners” then we will provide enough food for the children and additional guest (however you MUST let us know in advance).
